Sable the Barn Swallow gets a front row seat to Rowan’s prize worthy winter squash garden at the edge of his farmland every Autumn. If it wasn’t for Heidi’s delicious winter squash pie, he’d probably migrate with the rest of the swallows! Lucky for him, his barn stays plenty warm - and he has many friends to hole up with in the midst of winter’s chilly winds.
